St Illtyd`s Catholic High School is celebrating its best GCSE results ever this summer – across all subjects. Building on improved results before and since the pandemic the school is going from strength to strength as it enters its second century of providing a Catholic education to the young people in its care.
Mr David Thomas , Headmaster, said” It`s a wonderful set of results and a testament to the hard work of the pupils and staff. I am delighted that our pupils are now set up for the next stage of their lives and I am sure they will build on this and continue to be successful in the future. The school is very fortunate in the pupils and families that support it and it`s Catholic ethos. Our motto is “Together in Christ we make a difference” and that is what drives us in the classroom, on the sports field and on the stage.
We welcome a new year group in Year 7 soon and we are looking forward to their development – academically and spiritually – in the years ahead so that they too can strive to be all that they can. Well done everybody.”
